William H. Craig

Attorney Craig, an officer of our firm, was admitted to the practice of law in the state of New Hampshire in 1952. He is a former United States Attorney for the District of New Hampshire and former House Minority Leader of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

Attorney Craig is experienced in housing finance matters; he has served as general counsel to the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority since 1975 and as general counsel to the Manchester, N.H., Housing Authority since 1965. In addition, he has served on the Planning Board of the City of Manchester for more than three decades.

He is a former trustee of Optima Health, formerly one of the largest health care systems in New Hampshire, and legal counsel to Catholic Medical Center and Elliot Hospital, the two largest hospitals in the state. Although not active as a trial attorney, Attorney Craig has a broad base of clients that includes personal injury clients, banks, the New Hampshire Home Builders Association and various public authorities.

Attorney Craig lives in Manchester with his wife, Gloria, with his children residing in the area as well. In addition to practicing law, Attorney Craig is an avid automobile enthusiast.
